Dropoff DMV is a local pickup and delivery service specializing in Facebook Marketplace and other online marketplace purchases in Howard County MD and the surrounding areas. We handle the logistics of picking up items from sellers and delivering them directly to your home.

We currently serve Howard County, MD and surrounding areas including Ellicott City, Laurel, Clarksville, and other nearby communities. Our base rate covers deliveries within 10 miles, with an additional fee for extended distances.

We offer same-day delivery when available (for an additional rush fee) and next-day delivery as our standard service. When you submit your quote request, you can specify your preferred delivery time window, and we'll do our best to accommodate your schedule.

We can deliver most household items, furniture, electronics, and other goods purchased through online marketplaces. We have size categories (small, medium, and large) with corresponding pricing. For very large or specialty items, please contact us for a custom quote.

Our standard service covers items up to 50 lbs. For heavier items, we charge an additional fee of $15. For extremely heavy items (over 100 lbs), we may need to bring additional help, which will be reflected in your quote.

Yes, we offer basic assembly services for an additional fee of $25. This includes simple furniture assembly like tables, chairs, and shelves. For more complex assembly needs, please let us know in your quote request, and we'll provide a custom quote.

All deliveries are insured. If an item is damaged during transit while in our care, we will work with you to resolve the issue. We take photos of items at pickup to document their condition, which helps in case of any disputes.

Simply fill out our quote request form with details about your item and delivery needs. We'll review your request and provide pricing right away. Once you approve, we'll coordinate with the seller and schedule your delivery.

We accept payments via Venmo, Cash App, and credit cards. Payment is typically due before delivery, and we'll send you a payment link once your quote is approved.

We understand plans change. Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time are free of charge. For cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup, a $15 cancellation fee may apply if we've already begun coordinating with the seller.

We do not handle payments between you and the seller. You can either pay the seller directly before we pick up the item, or you can arrange to pay upon delivery. In your quote request, you'll indicate whether you've already paid or plan to pay upon delivery so we can coordinate accordingly.
